Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use. When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Uber and Lyfts are welcomed. Please be sure to read through the house rules prior to your arrival. We have also contracted with a TOP NOTCH property management company who is here for anything you may need. They will be your point of contact once your reservation is secured. However, we are also here for whatever questions you may have. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we have security cameras on the exterior ONLY (none indoors). We do have two in the backyard, but they are NOT actively monitored. They are there strictly for the safety of our guests and liability. Should you have any questions or concerns, but please send us a message. The privacy of our guests is of the utmost importance to us! We do, however, check the doorbell cam occasionally when guests check in and out, so please do not try to sneak pets in :) Starter hospitality: We provide 3 extra toilet paper rolls in each bathroom. One roll of paper towel in the kitchen. Any additional will be the responsibility of renters. Please also note if toilets are clogged due to excessive toilet paper being used or foreign items being flushed, renters will be charged for plumbing services. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary. Assumption of Risk: By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.   You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary. Permit number: 051013
