Welcome to Luxury Vacations, your home away from home. By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
To secure your accommodation, a booking must be made through our website or by contacting our reservation team. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of your booking. Please ensure that all details are accurate, as changes may incur additional fees.
A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. For short-term stays, the full payment will be processed at the time of booking. For long-term stays, a deposit may be required, with the balance due prior to your arrival. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other methods specified during booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used, typically within 5-10 business days. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation policies applicable to your reservation.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and potential additional charges.
Each apartment has a specified maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking. Please contact our team if you have any questions about occupancy limits.
We strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please respect your neighbors and follow our house rules, including noise restrictions, pet policies, and smoking regulations. Failure to comply may result in penalties or eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for any repairs or replacements needed due to damage or loss.
Luxury Vacations Inc. is not responsible for any personal property left in the apartments. We recommend securing valuables and checking for all belongings upon departure.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Unites States of America. Any disputes arising from your booking or stay with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
