Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts, Pickle-ball Courts and a Gym available for use.
When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Uber and Lyfts are welcomed. Over night street parking is not allowed doing so may lead to a fine or a ticket.
The Casita is it’s own private space. Owner occupies the main home. If pool key is misplaced there will be a $25 fee.

Brandon’s home is in a gated community, so that was awesome. The suite was perfect for our two night stay.
We were able to visit Joshua Tree and see a concert a casino.

Everything one needed was there. Host always was asking if we needed this or that. I’d say the main short coming is that the room was very small (about 150 sq ft I’d guess) and I wouldn’t call a mini fridge and a microwave a kitchenette. But again the hospitality made the stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely casita. Check in was smooth, the community was friendly and safe, our hosts were welcoming and available for us to answer any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was regulated to our liking.The pool and hot tub were clean and lovely and we enjoyed long walks admiring trees and flowers decorating the lovely well kept grounds and homes. We also enjoyed a round of golf and many drives out to go hiking, shopping and dining.
Great accommodations for the price. Cozy little casita with a mini-fridge, coffee, and real coffee mugs. Great communication from the owners, and we had all the privacy we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
It was a very nice place to stay, loved the gated community, met some friendly people there. Instructions were simple, the home owner actually gave us his number and stopped by to chat a few times, he was very polite. Amenities were scarce half empty body wash and shampoo in the shower, one bottle of water in the fridge, but the owner more than made up for it by offering to go to the store for water and even offering us a ride to Coachella. He ended up lending me and my fiance 2 bikes to ride to and from the festival which was fun and very kind of him, it saved us from a 2 mile walk into the festival. Even invited us to his backyard to hang out what a chill guy Phillip was! Also the host Brandon never hesitated to help me out with questions or contacting the owner he was a great host all around. Will be back next year!
