Welcome to Sunburst Villa, a spacious and family-friendly vacation home situated in The Bridge at Jefferson community, just a stone’s throw away from La Quinta, California. This stunning property boasts four generously sized bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably.

Guests have full access to the entire 4 bed and 3 1/2 bath home. This includes the private salt water pool and jacuzzi in the backyard and 2 car garage.

It is highly recommend to have your own private car for all travel around the desert.
Pool and Spa heat deposit ($1,500) collected prior to guest arrival, if the guest desired. Whatever is not used is returned.
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book.
Supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc are supplied with the house, once you run out it will be up to you to replenish.
Guests are required to sign outside rental agreement as well as the HOA rules and regulations form.
Mid-stay cleaning are available at expense to guest.
Pets are allowed, it is $$150 per pet along
No street parking. Doing so could lead to your car being possibly towed.
Pool gets cleaned Monday and Thursdays. Landscaper comes Fridays.

This was our second time choosing Briana’s home for our annual desert family vacation.
This location is stellar for its proximity to Indian Wells, La Quinta, and all the fun activities just slightly north like the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Great shopping and restaurants are also so close. The local park (Fritz Burns) is a great place for tennis and pickleball. There are many gyms nearby as well (we always get a temporary gym pass while here). The home is so easy to live in and very comfortable. We do a lot of cooking; this kitchen makes it very easy. Also the grill works beautifully. The pool, hot tub, and yard are so comfortable that we did spend a large portion of each day outside. The living room is great for a family movie night. Most importantly, the beds are comfortable! This is the only home we have returned to and likely will again. Briana is the best host ever – communication is easy and she is so eminently kind and helpful. Great place to stay!!!
I had the pleasure of a longer stay (several months) and Briana was incredible. She was responsive to a few questions I had and was super friendly and helpful. The home is well stocked, safe and secure, clean and the beds were very comfy. She welcomed my dog who travels with me with dog bowls and bed too. The pool is lovely and she let me heat it as needed when I had family visit. I would highly recommend this lovely home.
