The 2nd guest room has a “boho” feel with fun decorations. It’s an en-suite with a private bathroom as well. The 3rd room has an office vibe. It has a desk for work with a chair to use. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Big couch with a 55” TV for family movie night. The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use. When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: How often does the pool get cleaned? Our pool cleaner comes every Monday/Wednesday/Friday to deep clean the pool. Do you have a fire pit? Yes! Gas fire pit available to use as you wish. Is there a BBQ? We do have a BBQ available for use. It does use propane. Is the Pool/Jacuzzi heated? Yes. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary. Other: Yard maintenance crew comes every Thursday. Trash day is every Monday Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.
