Our driveway and garage can fit up to 3 vehicles: one inside the garage and two on the driveway. However, no overnight street parking, per the HOA rules.

The property is accessible with keyless entry. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
Brandon, our property manager, is available on site as needed.
Surrounded by mountains and palm trees in Indian Palms Country Club, The Cozy Cactus is the perfect location to get away from it all, while not being too far – it’s walking distance to the pedestrian entrances at Coachella and Stagecoach or a 5-minute bike ride. Between the special touches and care I’ve poured into this home and the natural splendor of the Coachella Valley, my goal is for you to leave relaxed, inspired, and rejuvenated.
When you stay with us, you have full access to a restaurant and bar within the gates. The Country Club Lifestyle Center includes 3 swimming pools, a gym, pickle ball, tennis and bocce ball courts, and 27 27-hole golf course (pay and play). Just outside the back gates is any store, restaurant, or coffee shop you could want.
Enter the community through the front gate on Monroe St. and Country Club Drive into the Indian Palms Country Club. Exit via the closest gate on Jackson or back at Monroe St.
Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out is 10 am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.
➸Safety
In an effort to secure the premises, we’ve installed active outdoor cameras – aimed at the driveway, garage, front entrance, back patio, and one doorbell camera. There are also two noise monitors, one inside at the front entrance and one outside on the patio to ensure that we are not disturbing our neighbors. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property 🙂

We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our multi-generational family, including our grandbabies, daughter, husband, and me. The hosts thoughtfully provided so many baby-friendly items, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and as a coffee lover, I especially appreciated the adorable coffee bar with three different brewing options and all the extras provided.
The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay and even allowed us a late checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed. We felt comfortable, cared for, and right at home. Highly recommend!
We only stayed for the weekend, but it was the perfect getaway. Eann’s home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided – from towels to dishes and kitchen essentials – which made our stay so convenient and comfortable.
Although we didn’t use the community pool, it was just a short walk away. We did enjoy the private hot tub in the backyard, and it was the perfect way to relax after a day out.
Eann was also an amazing host – friendly, attentive, and very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
We loved staying at the cactus. She had everything we needed for toddler bay needs. Loved the vibes and decor. Truly an excellent place for kids. Added bonus the pool was directly next to the house for an easy walk! Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, great stay!
My friend and I had the perfect stay for our annual golf trip at the Cozy Cactus. Eann’s home was exactly as listed and was a comfortable respite in between rounds. It was perfectly located for a La Quinta-centric golf trip (mostly PGA West), which kept the driving distances short and simple. It was HOT when we were there and the house was quiet and cool with a covered back patio for morning coffee and contemplation. Eann was exceptionally communicative and responsive throughout our visit and provided one of the most comprehensive welcome packets I’ve come across in an Airbnb. The house, particularly the kitchen, was well appointed and more than met our needs. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Eann!
My friends and I stayed at Eanns for Coachella weekend and it was the perfect home base for us. For anybody who’s been to Coachella, you know?how long it can take to find an uber or get out of the parking lot at the end of the night, especially if you want to stay till the end of the last set. Staying at Eanns place gave us the peace of mind that no matter how long we stayed we wouldn’t be stuck in a line for hours.
On top of all that Eann was very responsive and accommodating to all our questions and requests during our stay. She’s seriously was one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had in a very long time.
Lastly no exhaustive list of checkout procedures, just a few very reasonable requests. Overall I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb whether it’s for Coachella or any other trip!
